PURPOSE: A producing device of the bows of a pair of spectacles and its method are provided to offer the fine wearing comfort and to prevent a transformation of glass by using a shape memory alloy. CONSTITUTION: A producing device of the bows of a pair of spectacles comprises a die bar (10) to produce the bows of a pair of spectacles (20) by loading and thermally processing a shape memory alloy; many die rods (10a) protruded on the die bar to form a curve for fixing the shape memory alloy. The shape memory alloy to be memorized a linear shape is curved with a press. The shape memory alloy is held between the die rods on the die bar. the bows of a pair of spectacles memorizing the curved shape are produced by thermally processing the held shape memory alloy in the die rods.
