PURPOSE: An incinerator for a ship is provided to efficiently burn up waste such as sludge oil and to prevent secondary pollution at the same time. CONSTITUTION: When driving an incinerator(100), an ignition bar and a diesel oil nozzle are operated to burn up diesel oil and to preheat a combustion chamber(10). With proper preheating temperature, a sludge pump pumps sludge to the combustion chamber through a sludge nozzle for burning up sludge. The sludge nozzle is in a dual pipe body with an inner pipe and an outer pipe. Sludge is supplied through the inner pipe and air is supplied through the outer pipe. After a particular time, the supply of diesel oil stops and sludge combustion is completed by the heat in the combustion chamber. The exhaust gas from the combustion chamber is discharged through an exhaust pipe(72) by an exhaust fan(71).
