PURPOSE: A pipe of a fluid discharging lid is provided to completely seal a container before opening while safely discharging the contents of the container after opening by forming a slant pipe portion continuously sealed by a discharge hole sealing protrusion. CONSTITUTION: A cover fixing frame(102) is formed on an upper side(101) of a main body(100) while installing a discharge pipe fixing unit in the cover fixing frame. The discharge pipe fixing unit is assembled with a discharge pipe(300) containing an insert groove of discharge pipe fixing unit while being connected to a discharge hole(303) in a pipe portion(302) laid toward the side direction. A circular groove of a discharge pipe fixing protrusion is formed on an inner wall of an insert groove of the discharge pipe fixing unit. A cover is formed by being linked with a connect unit while containing a discharge hole sealing protrusion(204) for stopping the upper portion of the pipe portion. Thus, the pipe portion of the discharge pipe is continuously sealed by the discharge hole sealing protrusion.
