DEVICE FOR SEALING FILM HAVING OPTICAL ENERGY SOURCE

PURPOSE: A film sealer is provided to seal quickly and to have a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A film sealer contains an optical energy source(29) in a sealing path; a reflector(26) to collect diverged light by the energy source; a window(36) having an external surface toward a counter shoes to seal a film by the light; an igniter to activate the energy source; and a press to pressurize the window toward the counter shoes and the counter shoes toward the window. The reflector(26) and the lamp(29) are fixed. The window(36) is in a parallel with a shaft(28). The window(36) is installed in a carrier(52) to be rotated around a shaft(52). A space(35) is sealed by a different window(53). A cooling circuit is offered. The flash lamp(29) is not less exposed for shock and a terminal and the cooling circuit are simplified.
