摘要 PURPOSE: A call processing structure of an asynchronous transfer mode processing system is provided to heighten performance of a call processing of a system and a communication between processors and facilitate a performance expansion by minimizing a function for setting up connection of a call for setting up a virtual path and a virtual line for user cell transmission, setting up a connection to perform a communication between processors at a high speed, and load for establishing a connection and a communication between processors. CONSTITUTION: A line matching unit(240) attaches a tag to a cell and transmits it to a destination line matching module of cells by using information included in a header of cells received to perform a line matching function between subscribers or systems. A line matching module includes a plurality of line matching units which are connected in parallel control buses, and a line matching unit controller which recombines or divides control cells separated from a user cell path in the ling matching unit according to an AAL 5 message, controls the plurality of line matching units, and performs a disturbance and performance management function. An ATM switch transmits a cell to the destination line matching module on the basis of the tag information attached at the front end of the cell. A call processor(100) determines a general parameter to connect the transmitted cells which have been separated from the line matching module and generates a control message, in case of a control cell. A high speed serial communication bus(400) serves as a path to transmit the generated control message.
