PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kaleidoscope which is commonly usable for a kaleidoscope of the form disposed with an object case on a front end opening side and a teleidoscope of the form disposed with a transparent spherical body on a front end opening side and allows the easy changing of the sectional shape of a polyhedral hollow cylindrical body formed with inner surfaces as mirror finished surfaces. SOLUTION: The outer cylindrical body 2 constituting a kaleidoscope 1 body of the kaleidoscope of the form disposed with an object case on the front end opening side and the teleidoscope of the form disposed with the transparent spherical body on the front end opening side is so formed that the polyhedral hollow cylindrical body 3 formed with the inside surfaces as the mirror finished surfaces is made insertable and removable into and from the outer cylindrical body from the rear end opening of the outer cylindrical body 2. Further, both of the transparent spherical body 9 disposed on the front end opening side of the outer cylindrical body constituting the kaleidoscope body and the object case are constituted freely attachable and detachable to and from the front end opening 2a of the outer cylindrical body or the object case is disposed on the inner side of the transparent spherical body disposed on the front end opening side of the outer cylindrical body constituting the kaleidoscope body.
