PREPARATION OF ADHESIVE FOR CONSTRUCTING FLOOR WITH FLEXIBILITY

PURPOSE: A method for preparing adhesive composition useful in construction of flexible floor is proposed to provide the adhesive composition with flexible property to its adhesive layer after being cured to allow the floor to be easily removed if required. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of adhesive compositions necessary to construct floor having flexibility comprises for blending a specific emulsion resin as an adhesive binder in conventional bisphenol-A epoxy resin to increase initial adhesive ability. The obtained composition provides the cured adhesive resin layer with flexible property to be easily removed without effecting floor even the slightest crack being on a cement mortar layer having an adhesiveness of 10-12kg/cm¬2. The adhesive composition consists of epoxy resin as a primary material and a curing agent such as polyamide amine resin in a ratio of 1:1.
