PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembly, to allow inexpensive manufacture and to maintain good performance as a silencer. SOLUTION: Through-holes 14 are formed respectively in the parts facing each other of outer cylinders 5 of two silencing cylinders 3A and 3B adjacent to each other in a perpendicular direction and pins 21 of fixtures 20A formed by fitting the pins 21 to collar bodies 24 are inserted into both through-holes 14 from their both ends. The two silencing cylinders 3A and 3B stacked on each other are fixed by the fixtures 20A without misalignment from each other.
