PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unauthorized third person from illegally using a resource and, in the case a certain object uses the resource owned by another object, to make both objects follow a prior use convention. SOLUTION: A use managing device 3 manages a use convention between the object 1 and an object 2 arranged about a resource R1 owned by an object 1. The object 1 which has the resource R1 requested by the object 2 transmits a reference request of the use convention between the both objects to the device 3 arranged about the resource, rejects the request when the use convention odes not exist in the first place so that the use convention cannot be referred to, and offers the resource R1 that has been subjected to an operation following the use convention to the object 2 when the use convention can be referred to. The object 2 refers to the use convention between the both objects 1 and 2 arranged about the resource R1 from the device 3 and applies an operation to the resource R1 following the use convention. |
