PURPOSE: A die structure for punching a floor panel is provided to prevent the damage of the floor panel and to reduce a production cost by sequentially punching holes from the center to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A die structure for punching a floor panel of a cleaning room contains a bed member (20) having a placing portion (22) to put a plate floor panel (60) and having plural grooves in the placing portion (22); and a slide member (40) to be raised and lowered on the bed member according to an operation of the piston (44) and having plural punching protrusions (48) to be inserted in the grooves by penetrating the floor panel (60) when the piston is lowered. The punching protrusions (48) have a stepped pulley of stair shape to form each end from the center to the outside.
