PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain power energy by utilizing a magnetic force of a permanent magnet. SOLUTION: A revolving plate D3 receives negative magnetic flux of a permanent magnet and is magnetized with a negative magnet, and thereby a force to the right from the left is generated on a figure corresponding to the magnetic field A. A revolving plate D4 receives the negative magnetic flux of B and is magnetized with a negative magnet, and thereby the movement from left to right is generated in response to the magnetic field C. In this manner, D3, D4, D5, D6 similarly moves from left to right, generating the revolving force.
