PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the adhesion of unnecessary toner due to a developing bias applied for preventing the adhesion of a carrier to a photoreceptor body and to prevent a wasteful consumption of toner and the scattering of toner. SOLUTION: A photoreceptor body is uniformly exposed in a transition period until the charging potential of the photoreceptor body reaches a desired stationary value. |
