PURPOSE: A charcoal fire roaster is provided to adjust the height of a charcoal fire case through the rotation of a charcoal height adjusting lever. CONSTITUTION: A charcoal fire roaster is comprised of a charcoal fire case combined with a height adjuster and installed on a charcoal fire holder; a height adjuster engaged with a height adjusting screw for the charcoal fire case and a charcoal fire cover hung on the charcoal fire case. In case of charcoal fire roast with low temperature heat, the charcoal fire case is positioned at the bottom of the charcoal fire roaster and covered by the charcoal fire case cover. Thus, as the emission of heat is suppressed by the cover, the low temperature heat is emitted. In case of charcoal fire roast with high temperature heat, the charcoal fire case is positioned on an upper part of the charcoal fire roaster and the cover is opened. Thereby, as the heat is emitted directly to a grill, the charcoal fire roast is performed with the high temperature heat.
