PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a bearing plate for regulating the axial movement of a rotary shaft to a case without using a special tightening member such as a screw. SOLUTION: A bearing plate 14 regulates the axial movement of a rotary shaft. It has a nearly discoidal shape and is provided with a base 18 at the center and a stopper section 26 in the periphery. The stopper section 26 has a first cut-out part 29 made by cutting out a part of the stopper section 26 and is held between a first extended part 16 and a second extended part 15, both of which are projecting inwards in the radial direction of a case 4, and is slidable. The bearing plate 14 is inserted into the case 4 from the first cut-out part 29 and is stopped by being rotated in the circumferential direction of the rotary shaft.
