PURPOSE: An arrangement method of a mobile phone is provided to facilitate depressing of function keys in using of a mobile phone by having a construction that a liquid crystal screen is positioned at the lower portion and function keys are installed at the upper portion of the mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal screen(1), on which a function indicating a function state is displayed, a phone number of a called party is displayed and information on the number of a phone number of a calling party is displayed, is formed at the lower side of a mobile phone. Number function keys depressed when a caller makes a phone call are formed at the upper side of the mobile phone. Various function keys(6,7,8) depressed for using various information are positioned at the upper end of the number function keys. A call set-up function key(5) depressed to initiates a call and a termination function key(3) depressed to terminate a call, a delete key(4) depressed to delete information are positioned at the middle portion between the number function keys and the liquid crystal display screen(1).
