<p>The invention concerns a method for storing organic products in a silo comprising at least a storage cell, wherein is carried out a step which consists in handling organic products in at least a substantially enclosed space of the silo. The invention is characterised in that at least one of said steps consisting in handling agricultural products is carried out in conveying means (20, 22, 26) substantially enclosed in the silo, and prior to the handling step, the conveying means (20, 22, 26) are made inert with an oxygen-poor gas. The invention further concerns a silo for implementing said method. The invention is applicable to storage of cereals.</p> |
