An ocular lens material made of a copolymer of monomers respectively represented by formulae (I), (II), and (III), which has a well-balanced combination of mechanical strength, flexibility, oxygen permeability, shape stability, transparency, and hydrophilicity. [In the formulae, R1 and R2 eac h represents H or CH3; R3 to R8 each represents a C1-10 monovalent hydrocarbon group optionally substituted by fluorine (F); A1 and A2 each represents -O-, - S-, or -NR9- (wherein R9 represents H or a C1-10 monovalent hydrocarbon grou p optionally substituted by F); X1 and X2 each represents a single bond or a divalent organic group; m is 0 to 300; R10 represents H or CH3; A3 represent s - O-, -S-, or -NR11- (wherein R11 represents H or a C1-10 monovalent hydrocarb on group optionally substituted by F); Y represents a monocyclic monovalent hydrocarbon group; R12 represents H or CH3; A4 represents -O-, -S-, or -NR13 - (wherein R13 represents H or a C1-10 monovalent hydrocarbon group optionally substituted by F); X3 represents a single bond or a divalent organic group; Z1 to Z5 each represents either a C1-10 monovalent hydrocarbon group optionally substituted by F or -OR14 [wherein R14 represents either a C1-10 monovalent hydrocarbon group optionally substituted by F or a group represented by -O- SiR15R16R17 {wherein R15 to R17 each represents either a C1-10 monovalent hydrocarbon group optionally substituted by F or -O-R18 (wherein R18 represents a C1-10 monovalent hydrocarbon group optionally substituted by F]; and n is 0 to 300.]
