Dispersion mixer for simultaneously mixing and dispersing liquid media is new. Dispersion mixer for simultaneously mixing and dispersing liquid media comprises a cylindrical stator housing (3) with a housing part formed as the outlet support (4) and a housing part formed as the housing lid (1) with an inlet support (2); and a disk-like rotor (5) having radial grooves (6) and a recess (12) in its center into which the inlet openings of the grooves open. The grooves have a cross-section that changes from inside to the outside, the smallest cross-section being in the outlet region in the channel (8).
