A composition comprising at least either of a polymer and a compound each having a five-membered dithiocarbonate group represented by general formula (I) and a nucleophilic reagent or a cured article obtained by curing the composition is inhibited from emitting an odor by causing an epoxidized compound to be present therein. (In the formula, R<1>, R<2>, and R<3> are the same or different and each represents hydrogen or lower alkyl).
