PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate winding to a small pulley, to improve durability, to reduce noise, and to reduce a change with the lapse of time of noise. SOLUTION: A downward fitting projection part 10 of a large number of blocks 7 is fitted to an upward fitting recessed part 4 of a tension belt 1, an upward fitting projection part 11 is fitted to a downward fitting recessed part 5 of the tension belt 1, respectively, and when juxtaposing the respective blocks 7 at a prescribed pitch over the belt lengthwise directional total length on the tension belt 1, the respective blocks 7 are put in an inclined attitude in the belt lengthwise direction so as to overlap with both next blocks 7 in a plan view. The downward fitting projection part 10 and the upward fitting projection part 11 of the respective blocks 7 are positioned on the vertical same line Y in the belt lengthwise direction.
