PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To push air from the inside of a female fitting to the outside when pushing a male fitting. SOLUTION: An air hole 17a is provided at a female fitting portion near a terminal of a recessed portion 18 formed by embedding a female fittingly 17 having an inner diameter slightly smaller than the outer diameter of a male fitting, a cushion member 19 permitting air transmission is installed so as to close the air hole 17a at the outer perimeter of the female fitting 17 and is then embedded in a segment 3a2 and an air discharge portion is formed. When pushing a male fitting projected and fixed to another segment to a recessed portion 18, air inside the recessed portion is discharged to the outside through an air discharge portion (air hole 17a, a cushion member 19 for transmitting air) to the outside.
