PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load on a motor, always and smoothly operate a ball pay-out device without generating a ball jamming, vibration and noise and to surely detect pachinko balls by a sensor for counting balls. SOLUTION: This device is constituted by adjacently and fixedly providing at least two impellers 3a, 3b on a substantially horizontally supported rotary drive shaft 2 by shifting their phases each other, providing ball introducing cylinders 4a, 4b for aligning and making flow down pachinko balls on each impeller 3a, 3b, forming vertical cylinders 6a, 6b for dropping pachinko balls opened from each impeller 3a, 3b just under each impeller 3a, 3b and providing a sensor 11 for counting balls for detecting pachinko balls on the vertical cylinders 6a, 6b.
