PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize ball payout/non-payout selector with which a pachinko ball can be made win a prize in a prize ball part capable of paying out prize balls for starting picture pattern variation or the like in the case of a prescribed game state, the picture pattern variation or the like can be started and the pachinko ball can be discharged from a prize ball non-payout discharge part to a play area outside the device in the case except for the prescribed game state. SOLUTION: Prize ball payout/non-paytout selectors 18 and 19 are provided on the left and tight sides of a special picture pattern display device 15 in a play area 11.
