PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high strength for a joint portion. SOLUTION: A male fittings 16 with a portion projecting out from a segment 3a1 is pressed to a recessed portion 18 formed in other segment 3a2 and these segments are jointed together. The inside of the segment having this kind of male fittings is filled with a predetermined filling material such as cement mortar, and an anchor bolt 19 is embedded for jointing purpose from the segment main portion 15 to the inside of the projected portion of the male fittings 16.
