<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition in which physical properties resultant from vulcanization involving workability in sheet form, fracture characteristics, etc., may coexist even when vulcanized reclaimed rubber is used. SOLUTION: A rubber composition containing reclaimed rubber is produced, for which a diene-based vulcanized rubber containing carbon black and a styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber(SBR) or not less than 70 wt.% of SBR is crushed by a roller. In the reclaimed rubber composition, the degree of swelling of the polymer gel falls between 350% or more and less than 500% and the polymer sol percentage is less than 5 wt.% or more and less than 20 wt.%. Furthermore, in a reclaimed rubber particle cross section examined using an optical microscope, the mean particle diameter is not more than 150μm and the particle diameter distributionσis 60μm.</p> |
