摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the ultra-low yield assembling steel structural member for vibration isolation which can be easily manufactured to have a yield strength as much as 50-119 N/mm2 and can sufficiently display a function of absorbing an earthquake force by the yielding deformation in an earthquake. SOLUTION: A steel plate having a yield trength of 180-250 N/mm2 and a thickness of 6-28 mm is cut, worked, welded, and assembled to form an unfinished product 10A having a specified shape. And this product 10A annealed for 60-120 min. within 820-880 deg.C and aircooled to get the structure. It has 50-110 N/mm2 in the yield strength.
