PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the proper length of a rubber belt having a personal difference and to correct a trainer for a patient paralyzed (in the right lower limbs, for example). SOLUTION: Concerning the one, the centers of both the belts are pulled together and tied and the length is precisely adjusted in the shape of Y. Besides, the length is adjusted inside a baton, to which two belts are linked, and further in the extreme case, the belts are wound around the baton. In the case of the other, when the baton is pulled as it is, the trainer is unbalanced because of the weak right lower limbs and the right side of the trainer moves to this side. Therefore, the position of the right side belt to the baton is prolonged and the trainer is operated in the state of shortening the left belt. |
