BULK ACOUSTIC WAVE FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic components each having a bulk acoustic wave resonance unit existing on a carrier substrate and filter constitution. SOLUTION: A reflection element (2) is disposed between the carrier substrate (1) and the bulk acoustic wave resonator unit for the purpose of acoustic insulation of formed vibrations. This reflection element (2) is either composed of several layers which are alternately high impedance or low impedance or is composed of the single layer when the impedance of an acoustic reflection material is sufficiently low. Further, the method for manufacturing the electronic components as well as a mobile telephone device, transmitter, receiver and radio data transmission system are described.
