PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely take out paper sheets one by one with the tips of the paper sheets being nearly arranged even if the degree of close adhesion between paper sheets is high without hastening the attraction timing of paper sheets. SOLUTION: This device comprises a takeout mechanism part 2 for attractively taking out a plurality of superposed and input paper sheets P by a takeout belt 4, and a feed-in roller 15 making contact with the rear side of the paper sheets P and rotating at a speed lower than the rotating speed of the takeout belt 4.
