PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new intermittent water discharge method reduced in troubles accompanied by the intermittent discharge of washing water and applicable also to general hip washing requiring a continuous washing. SOLUTION: Water is supplied to a discharge port in the state where the washing water pressure is pulsated. The washing water quantity and flow velocity are also pulsated, and the washing water is discharged so that the water quantity and flow velocity are pulsated and changed from maximum flow rate Qmax and maximum flow velocity Vmax to minimum flow rate Qmin (≠0) and minimum flow velocity Vmin (≠0). Accordingly, discharged water portions every moment Wp1-Wp5 form a discharge state such that Wp3 having the maximum flow velocity is united to Wp1, 2 to form a water mass, and the water mass is connected to Wp4, 5. According to this, the washing water is discharged without causing the state of zero flow rate, so that a water hammer is hardly caused.
