PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulsating breast pump with a simple structure by eliminating a temporary breast milk reserve section or a valve, and to provide a breast pump which is easily washed by employing a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this breast pump, breast milk is squeezed by a negative pressure. The pump is provided with a squeezing means abutting to breasts, a negative pressure generating means for generating a negative pressure in the squeezing means, a reserving means, a piping means for connecting the squeezing means to the reserving means and an opening/closing means for opening/closing the piping means. The opening/closing means has a disk-like cam rotatively provided around a rotating shaft separated from a tube by a prescribed distance.
