PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling artificial bone designing system capable of largely shortening an artificial bone manufacturing process, and a manufacturing method of a filling artificial bone using the system. SOLUTION: A bone part image area is extracted in respective tomographic images photographed in plural tomographic positions, bone part external shape line information 125 is made on the basis of the bone part image area, and a three-dimensional shape data of a defective bone part is made on the basis of the bone part external shape line information 125 with respective tomographic positions. Work simulation to a working object material is performed on the basis of the three-dimensional shape data, the possibility of normal cutting is judged by referring to a result of the work simulation, and a filling artificial bone designing system is used after applying a prescribed data conversion composed of either of translation, a rotary movement, the expansion/contraction and a combination of two or more kinds of these to the three-dimensional shape data on the defective part so that the normal cutting can be performed according to the judging result.
