PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent jetting out of oil from a brazer pipe by the provision of an improved structure of brazer pipe portion so as to reduce the accident to make dirty the circumference of a tank occurring when oil jets out therefrom. SOLUTION: In a hydraulic tank apparatus where a brazer pipe 61 is provided on an upper part of a hydraulic tank in an penetration style in the inner and outer directions, a plug body 63 is provided at an end of the pipe 61 at the inner side of the tank so as to close a pipe hole 62 of the pipe 61 and a ventilation hole 65 is provided on the way of the pipe 61 at the inner side of the tank 44 so as to cross the hole 62.
