PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which has excellent corrosion resistance and the reduced dosage of Si. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger is provided which includes a tube for passing a medium therethrough and a fin mounted on the tube and which serves exchanges heat in the medium transmitting to the tube and the fin. The heat exchanger is further adapted such that for the tube and the fin a member 21 for constituting the tube and a member constituting the fin are assembled and are subjected to heating processing. In the heat exchanger, for the member 21 constituting the tube a sacrifice member comprising Al-Zn alloy is provided on a core material comprising Al-Mn alloy, and a brazing material is partly provided on the surface of the sacrifice member. For the member constituting the fin is a bear material where the brazing material containing Si is partly provided on the foregoing surface.
