PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a lamination processed print seal which is resistant to staining and flawing and is suitable for long-term preservation by subjecting the print seal printed with a video to lamination processing without scaling up the structure of the device with a video print game device. SOLUTION: The picked up subject image is printed and outputted to the seal by a printer 11. A lamination processing machine 17 captures this print seal via the transporting action of a transporting block 12, subjects the print seal surface to lamination processing with a resin film and provides a player with the processed print seal.
