PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the blackening of seam parts by a failure in reaching of the exposure light from a copying machine and the elongating of characters by sandwiching the double-page spread spaces desired to be copied between two rod-like appliances of a shape basically consisting of a triangular shape and copying the space in a fixed state. SOLUTION: The double-page spread spaces desired to be copied are sandwiched between the two rod-like appliances of the shape basically consisting of the triangular shape and are copied in the fixed state. With such auxiliary articles, an auxiliary implement 1 is inserted into the seam of the page of the space 13 and the page of the space 14 and is sandwiched and fixed from both in order to copy the spaces 13 and 14. The head and the rear are clamped by fixtures so as to connect both by parallel straight lines in order to firmly stick the auxiliary implement 1. Plastic rollers are used for the front ends of the fixtures and are so mounted as to regulate the tension and slack of the fixtures. Opening/closing handles are previously formed in the portions where the plastic rollers are turned to allow the smooth opening and closing of the plastic rollers.
