PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost for maintenance by setting the cumulative working time of exchanging parts as a new life of parts at the time of parts exchanging work due to a fault so as to set the exchanging time of maintenance parts to be an optimum time. SOLUTION: A parts life setting means is provided with a maintenance work registering part 21 and has a parts life setting part 22 as a part of it. At the time of executing maintenance work such as exchange of parts at the time of regular maintenance or occurrence of a fault, a maintenance work registering part 21 registers the contents of the maintenance work in a maintenance parts information list 202. Next, whether the registered maintenance work is regular maintenance work or not is judged. When it is not, it is judged to be work at the time of occurrence of a fault. Then, the cumulative working time of an exchanged part from the list 202 and setting is changed as the new cumulative working time of a part detailed list 201. By processing like this, a parts life time can be made a working time based on the result of the parts and the exchanging time of the maintenance parts can be set to be optimum. |
