PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage where two kinds of beverages are individually made like a coffee which is called flavor coffee and is topped with whipped cream in a cup type vending machine which is desired to make various kinds of beverages. SOLUTION: An agitator is provided with an agitating shaft 2, two agitating blades 1 and 17 provided in the lower end and the upper part of the agitating shaft 2, a disk-shaped shielding plate 18 which is placed between two agitating blades and is attached to the agitating shaft 2, an agitating motor 5 which rotates the agitating shaft 2, and an agitating shaft elevation device which vertically elevates the agitating shaft 2 and the agitating motor 5, and different beverages are agitated and made above and below the shieldimg plate 18 without mixing, and a beverage like a coffee topped with whipped cream is made.
