PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the receiving signal characteristics, without increasing the complexity of hardware by calculating prescribed coefficients from the digital signals obtained by converting the signals which are selected by a plurality of channel selection means, multiplying these digital signals by the prescribed coefficients to synthesize them and then demodulating these synthesized signals. SOLUTION: Delay times of signals which are independently received are varied by a control circuit 20 and the receiving signals are produced. The varied delay signals and varying rate of the circuit 20 can be set by a control signal, that is inputted from an external control signal input terminal 21. The digital signals are selected by the tuners 13a and 13b and converted by the ADC 14a and 14b, and a coefficient calculation part 15 calculates the optimum weighting coefficient of every branch of the digital signals which are converted. Then these digital signals are synthesized at a synthesizing part 16 and then demodulated at an OFDM demodulation part 17. The demodulated signals are decoded at a decoding part 18, and the TS signals are outputted from an output terminal 19.
