<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control various kinds of generators connected to a power system according to respective load frequency control(LFC) adjusting abilities, by allotting a control demand for generated output of each generator by a specified electric energy value determined for each generator in order from a generator of the highest priority order. SOLUTION: In an output command controlling element 20, a frequency detector 21 is connected to an input terminal of a load frequency controller(LFC) 22, and the difference between a frequency in an electric circuit 7 and a reference frequency is detected and applied to the LFC 22. The output terminals 21A of the LFC 22 are connected to the control input terminals of a group of hydraulic generators 4 and a group of thermal generators 5 as objects of load frequency control. In respect of a priority order, a generator having a higher output changing speed is given priority, and an electric energy value is allotted. Consequently, control which follows demand variations swiftly becomes feasible, so not only prevention of overcontrol but also economical frequency control of a power system become feasible.</p> |
