PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit operation without necessitating any heat source, such as a burner, for heating a regenerator by a method wherein an absorbing liquid, heated by a solar heat collecting tube for introducing a diluted absorbing liquid directly to heat the same, is flashed by a flashing regenerator to condense the same. SOLUTION: Water in a cold water pipe 44, which is introduced into an evaporator 1, is cooled by evaporating heat generated upon vaporizing the water in the evaporator 1. Water vapor, evaporated out of the evaporator 1, is absorbed by an absorbing liquid in an absorber 2 to dilute the absorbing liquid while the diluted absorbing liquid is heated by a solar heat collecting pipe 3. A pipe 11 is provided with a switching valve 51 so as to be able to be connected also to a high-temperature reproducer 5 equipped with a heat source. The absorbing liquid, heated to a high temperature by the solar heat collecting tube 3, is sent into a flashing reproducer 4 to evaporate moisture and condense the same by causing flashing by releasing the same under a vacuum condition. The condensed absorbing liquid is sprayed in the absorber 2 to use the same for the absorption of water vapor evaporated from the evaporator 1.
