PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable folding to the front, back, left and right and to reduce a housing space. SOLUTION: This foldable chair is provided with a pair of seat rods 13 for pivotally connecting front legs 11 and rear legs 12, a front leg connection means for connecting a pair of the front legs 11 foldably in a width direction, a rear leg connection means for connecting a pair of the rear legs 12 foldably in the width direction, rear part lever means 18 mutually arranged in an X shape for pivotally connecting the lower ends of the rear legs 12 on one side and the upper ends of the front legs 11 on the other side and a means 24 for making the upper end part of the rear leg 12 able to move relatively to the upper part of the front leg 11. Then, folding is made possible in front, back, left and right directions.
