PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously adjust a shoulder belt by arranging a laterally long groove on the back face in the lower part of a headrest provided with an upper part touching a head part, an intermediate part having a pair of shoulder belt insertion holes and the lower part mounted on a child seat main body adjustably in the vertical position. SOLUTION: This child seat 1 is provided with the headrest 4 arranged in the upper central part of the main body 3 fixed to a base part 2, and the headrest 4 can be moved vertically in compliance with the size of an infant as a user so as to be fixed and held in an optional vertical position. The headrest 4 is constructed of an upper part touching a head part, an intermediate part having a pair of shoulder belt insertion holes 5, and a lower part mounted on the main body 3 adjustably in the vertical position. On the lower part back facer of the headrest 4, a laterally long groove 6 is arranged, and by means of a boss 9 fitted in the groove 6, conversion to rotational motion is carried out and a locking angle body arranged in a rotary body is locked in multiple steps by means of a locking member, so that positions of the shoulder belt insertion holes can be regulated continuously by means of a simple structure.
