PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sound insulation plate from loosening or dropping out and realize safe traveling of vehicles and reduce labor for maintenance control. SOLUTION: This sound insulation wall is constituted of supports 1 vertically erected at every specified pitch, a plurality of sound insulation plates 2 fitted between the adjacent supports 1 in a stacked state after both end plate parts 30 are inserted in the vertical grooves 14 of respective supports 1, and fixing members 4 for fixing the sound insulation plates to be fitted in the gap between the support 1 and the end plate part 30 of each sound insulation plate 2. The fixing member 4 is provided with a spring plate 43 oppositely disposed to the end plate part 3 of the sound insulation plate 2, and a projection body 44 is formed in the spring plate 43. An opening 82 with which the projection body 44 is engaged in a locked state is formed in the end plate part 30 of the sound insulation plate 2.
