PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently convey PET bottles while being orderly arranged in one row by preventing the PET bottle from being turned over. SOLUTION: This conveying device transfers a group of bottles G comprising a plurality of right and left side rows R of a plurality of bottles B arranged in longitudinal direction while orderly arranging these bottles B at longitudinal one row. In this case, the transfer device comprises orderly arranging conveyors 13 disposed sequentially forward of a feed station S1 allowing the group of bottles G to be supplied, a standby conveyor 15, and a delivery conveyor 16. The orderly arranging conveyor 13 is reciprocable in longitudinal direction, passes through the group of bottles G, and further comprises a plurality of right and left parallel movable air conveyors 36. The standby conveyor 15 further comprises the movable air conveyors 36 and right and left parallel fixed air conveyors 64 connected to the movable air conveyors. the delivery conveyor 16 further comprises a one row of oscillating air conveyor 82 supported rotatably in horizontal direction at the front end part thereof. According to the oscillation of the oscillating air conveyor 82, the rear end of the oscillating air conveyor 82 is connected sequentially to the front end of each fixed air conveyor 64.
