摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a loss resistance generated at the contact section at a low level while keeping a state wherein the bonding between skin and an electrode can be sufficiently displayed, and protect skin from a sharp blade state generated at the edge section by forming at least the contact surface with skin in such a manner that a conductive member is pinched with a sheet member comprising a porous material. SOLUTION: An interface forming means 00 is constituted of a skin contact section 01 as the side to be in contact with skin, and a pocket-forming section 02, which houses an electrode. For the skin contact section 01, a fiber-form nonwoven fabric is housed in a bag-shape nonwoven fabric, not one sheet of a nonwoven fabric, and a constitution to increase a water-retaining capability is provided. For the pocket- forming section 02, edges in three directions of one sheet of a nonwoven fabric are bonded by the corresponding edge sections 03 of the skin contact section 01 by pressing or the like, and the pocket-forming section 02 is constituted into a state wherein the other one direction is opened. A conductive member 10 is formed in such a manner that the conductive section is formed by printing a powder of silver or silver chloride or the like on a sheet-form supporting material. Then, to the end section of the conductive section, a pinching type terminal 13 for an electrical connection is detachably pinch-fitted through a lead wire 14 to an external electricity output device.
