PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure capable of enhancing the strength of the joint of the composite floor slab and withstanding relatively large bending force, shearing force, etc., even when these forces act on the joint. SOLUTION: In a composite floor slab integrally constituted of a steel bottom plate, shape steels arranged on the steel bottom plate, and reinforcements together with concrete, this joint structure is provided in order to connect mutually adjoining steel bottom plates. In this case, the distance between H-shaped steel members 20 in the joints of respective steel floor slabs 12 is made shorter than the distance between H-shaped steel members 20a of other positions, or loops 25 of reinforcements 24 are arranged in a joint space 26 to provide a rigidity-enforcing means along the longitudinal direction of the H-shaped steel members in the joint and place concrete and relieve an action force orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the H-shaped steel member. In this way, the connection part of mutually adjoining steel bottom plates are continuously and integrately formed.
