PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the warpage of a panel after placing concrete by predicting and calculating the final warpage amount of a skid panel, and manufacturing the panel in a shape giving reverse deflection in the longitudinal direction of the skid panel so that the warpage amount is zero. SOLUTION: The final warpage amount of the skid panel is predicted and calculated from the action position of the contraction force of concrete, contraction strain, the contraction force, an eccentric distance, the stress of upper and lower edges and the like. A tensioning device comprising a PC steel rod provided with a tensioning nut 12 is attached in the longitudinal direction of the form of a receiving frame 2 comprising a beam I formed on the lower face of the bottom plate of the form. The PC steel rod 11 is locked on a bracket 15 provided on both the ends of the longitudinal direction of a receiving frame 2, and the tensioning nut 12 is tightened to apply tension on the PC steel rod 11. When a part between the brackets 15 is pulled by the PC steel rod 11, the reverse deflection due to bending force is given to the receiving frame 2 so that the final warpage amount of the skid panel is zero because the bending force giving the longitudinal warpage occurs on the beam I of the receiving frame 2. Thereby the warpage amount of the skid panel can be suppressed to the minimum after placing concrete.
