PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by fixing a base plate on which a plurality of supports are erected on a hard slope face by fixing pins and attaching a collapse prevention material of the vegetation base board to the supports. SOLUTION: Strip base plates 21 for instance where a plurality of supports 20 are erected on a hard slope face 10 such as a lining concrete, a rock bed, etc., are continuously fixed by fixing pins 22 and the supports 20 are arranged staggeringly. Subsequently, A collapse-prevention material 30 made of reginous or metallic strip net is spread over to form a plurality of sections 31. The outermost periphery is connected to the supports 20 to surround the collapse- prevention materials 30. Then, the base plate 21 may be stuck to the slope face 10. In this way, since the number of pins in use and the number of driving times can be reduced, the construction period and cost can be reduced. Further, a greening base boad can be constructed if the base plates are stuck, even on a concrete slope face where anchors are prohibited from using it.
