PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag capable of putting printed matters such as a catalog or a pamphlet into a packaging bag for containing articles such as clothes and enabling the printed matters to be simply and quickly taken out and replaced. SOLUTION: In a bag 1 made of a vinyl or the like, to which a seal 10 is effected at both right and left ends thereof and whose upper portion is open, the interior of the bag is partitioned into a fore and a rear parts by an intermediate member 7 to which a seal 10 is effected at both right and left ends thereof. A storing portion 5 for containing articles such as clothes and a pocket 2 are provided at a front and a rear parts of the intermediate member 7, respectively, and printed matters 10 or the like can be freely put in and out of the pocket 2 through an insertion mouth 4 opened at an upper part of the pocket 2. Further, the intermediate member 7 is provided at its upper part with a sealing means 11 for opening and closing a containing mouth 6 of the storing portion 5 and, by effecting the seal 10 to the bag 1 at its both rigid and left ends, the storing portion 5 is allowed to communicate with the pocket 2 at a lower part of the bag 1.
